You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LENA BEAN HOME, its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any liabilities arising from (a) violations of these Terms and Conditions or (b) User Content, including infringement of third-party rights.

REVISIONS

Customers are entitled to one free revision within one month of receiving the design. Additional revisions or those requested after one month are subject to extra charges.

ARCHIVE

After 12 months, the original design file may become inaccessible. Requests for revisions beyond this period may necessitate a new order.

USE OF WEBSITE AND MOBILE SITE

Utilization of our platforms must align with intended purposes and not involve illegal activities. All content on our platforms remains the intellectual property of LENA BEAN HOME and may not be adapted, downloaded, copied, or distributed without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LENA BEAN HOME bears no responsibility for consequential damages related to site usage or product/service acquisition, with total liability capped at the order's value.
